Approximately half of the ~₹3,00,000 all-in cost — entry and the official accommodation package (paid directly to the ASEAN Chess Confederation), plus travel and stay for Riyaan and one parent across the eleven-day championship. The family covers the rest.
Placement of branding during official rounds follows the organiser's standard approval process under FIDE regulations; betting, alcohol and tobacco brands are not eligible.
